  I am a undergraduate from Beijing University. I am writing to see if you could kindly provide me with information concerning a volunteer in rebuilding the disaster area of Sichuan Province
  As a part of home state, it is my duty to help those who is in trouble after earthquake .I believe this would be more helpful. Moreover, what is the standard of the volunteer? Should I hand in an application by writing and so on?
