我认为是  但是我们必须要有实验证据来支持好的理论···
Hard information includes numbers, charts and empirical data.
硬信息包括数字、图表和实验数据。

But his empirical evidence still suggests that technology is more significant.
但他的经验证据仍表明，科技的作用更大。

这两个例句应该会有点帮助
