呃……我觉得是直接放在原来的位置，翻译为“包括”或者“如”，但是它是介词，不是动词
owning to…(由于……), generally speaking(一般说来)，frankly speaking(坦率的说)，roughly speaking(粗略的说),providing that…(假定……)，compared (to)with… (与…相比)，judging from/by…(从…判断)，considering… (考虑到…)，talking of/speaking of…(说起…)，supposing that…(假定……), according to…, including…, provided that(如果……)etc.
