这一段很长，是不是？我们来人为的分成几个部分看，用☆隔开
第一部分，就是第一句，说正在改变，是不是？
第二部分，看到说According to the OECD report，又出现了这个组织，是不是？看到后面很复杂的感觉，有一点头晕，是不是？那么你有没有看到文中有两个there is？难道是排比？我们说，三个才能成为排比，是不是，好的，去找一下，看看有没有第三个there is，没找到，对吧？但是找到了Finally，怎么回事呢？去第一个there is前面找找，看看是不是有说这些都是什么东西。这一句的关键词很容易找出来吧？新的商业模式，三种主要形式，是不是？那么后面的这三个就正好折三种形式的详述了。暂时不读，看第三部分。
This is now changing. ☆According to the OECD report, some 75% of scholarly journals are now online. Entirely new business models are emerging; three main ones were identified by the report’s authors. There is the so-called big deal, where institutional subscribers pay for access to a collection of online journal titles through site-licensing agreements. There is open-access publishing, typically supported by asking the author (or his employer) to pay for the paper to be published. Finally, there are open-access archives, where organizations such as universities or international laboratories support institutional repositories. ☆Other models exist that are hybrids of these three, such as delayed open-access, where journals allow only subscribers to read a paper for the first six months, before making it freely available to everyone who wishes to see it. ☆All this could change the traditional form of the peer-review process, at least for the publication of papers.

第三部分一开始就出来一个other models 是不是还是在说new business models 啊？暂时不看了吧？知道还有其他形式的就ok了，后面的问题离如果提到了，就再回来看。
最后一部分，change the traditional form 是不是和段首的This is now changing相呼应啊？
那么我们就知道，这一段都是说form的change的，对不对？

但是不是APEC哦
APEC全称是亚洲太平洋经济合作组织，简称亚太经合组织
Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation

海豚不知道是不是自己手上拿到的这个真题有问题，反正总觉得这一段的破折号怪怪的哈。
暂时不管这个，不管主语是哪个，看看主题的主要动作是什么：使 公开科研成果 成为现实（看上面划的横线应该可以看得出来意思吧？）
那就是说和以前不一样了，这篇文章一直在说和以前不一样了。
看选项
A，criticizes，主题句里有这样的意思吗？没有吧？
B，introduces，原文离提到这个report的时候有这样一句The Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) has just issued a report describing the far-reaching consequences of this.this是什么啊？是说我们的主题句“making access to scientific results a reality”吧？那就不是题目的“introduces an effective means of publication”了吧？
C，upsets？烦乱的,不高兴？
D，benefits scientific research ，文中有这样的意思吗？没有吧？收益，这个好像在文章当中有提过很多钱，但是不是在这里提的吧？

ABD都不对，C呢？我们不确定，upset还有什么意思？颠覆,推翻，知道有这个意思的话，就知道该选C了吧？因为一直再说和传统的不一样，和以前的不一样了。

所以从这一题，我们可以看出来，在考点的地方是不会有很难的词的，但是很灵活，大家的单词，一定要背清楚了，别稀里糊涂的哦~

有人可能会选A，因为A在原文中出现过，是吧？
但是，A的内容并不是在我们的主题句里的，它都不是我们的主题，即使原文出现过，又怎样呢？凭什么让我们选它呢？是吧？它没有资格成为答案。
