人口过剩的问题从在以前的历史上没有象现在这样明显。

Never before in history has the issue of economic competition been more evident than now .

The rapid expansion of urban areas in many cases taking up valuable cultivable land, so it is widely recognized that development can not be at the expense of agriculture at the cost. Government to pay more attention to this problem, a great number of unnecessary projects have been stopped.
