<P>She came in first place at the 2004 Athens Olympics, and now she's the first Chinese torch bearer in the Greek Leg of the Beijing Olympic Torch Relay. Dubbed "Queen of the Pool", Luo Xuejuan retired last year. In Olympia, Greece on Monday, the 24-year-old Luo took over the torch from Greek Olympic taekwondo silver medalist Alexandros Nikolaidis, the first torchbearer.</P>

<P>Luo Xuejuan said, "When I took over the torch from the first torchbearer, My biggest feeling is that this is also a culture exchange between Greece and China. We will deliver the Olympic flame to all over the world."</P>

<P>We start with the on-going journey of the Olympic flame in Greece. It left the community of Ioannina going through Metsovo and three other Greek towns on Wednesday. </P>

<P>The flame started its third day journey at 9:00 with a ceremony at Ioannina, and traversed a zigzag mountain road with snow and frost on trees along Mountain Pindes before reaching Grevena in the afternoon. The flame arrived at Verina, where it stayed overnight. </P>

<P>The last time the flame went through the town is four years ago, but it just passed without staying there. Dancers in traditional garment reminded the newcomers of the town\'s long history. The flame will continue its journey through northern Greece Thursday, passing through six cities, including Giannitsa, Ancient Pella and Thessaloniki.</P>

<P>On the first day of the Greek leg of the torch relay, two Chinese torch bearers were selected for their work to protect the environment. </P>

<P>Wang Lee-hom is a pop singer. He was picked because of his efforts in bringing attention to environmental concerns. He was waiting for the handover from Liu Hongliang, an environmental expert with the Chinese Academy of Engineering. They said their torch relay realized their dreams. </P>
<P>Chinese singer Wang Lee-hom said, \"The most precious of the Olympic Games is to unite the dreams of the people from all around the world. Everybody has a dream. I have a dream and so do you. Through the Olympics, our dream are united together.\" </P>
