我没有看到上下文，我不是很理解，但是我觉得“come to hand in”是宾语从句里的谓语吧，译作“获得，到手” ？- -#  话说你的这句话困扰我两天了，我闭着眼睛都能把这句话背下来了，o(╯□╰)o  不行的话你问问你的老师吧，我们大三课不多，不怎么见到老师  或者我遇到老师问了再给你答复？

以上是木木的话，我觉得应该这么断句：using whatever tools came to hand/  in....在那个间谍“游戏”中，不管你用什么工具，间谍总是专业的。。
水平有限，你自己看一下可否这么理解
