As is ironically and vividly depicted in the drawing, two men in formal dressing are making complaints about the low quality of Chinese people and envying to the clean cities abroad, while at the same time throwing rubbish on the ground.
The idea conveyed from the thought-provoking picture apparent: what someone did to the environment, cannot match for what they had advocated. There're so many policies carried out by the governments but never put into practice, instead of suspending in the air. What's more, the person who advocated protecting the vulnerable environment but interrupting themselves, which badly illustrated to the public, whom they've taught. Moreover, there're somewhat people think throwing pollutions as an individual action that seems he or she were different from others.
However, things are deteriorating gradually. According to a survey conducted by www.sina.com the past year, a high proportion of 99.2% of cities in China had sound alarm that we, if continue to pollute the plant, will hardly find out a clean and pure place to survive in. Indeed, it's the time for us standing out and practicing those policies. If not, our descendant looking back today's society only from 3 decades years later may shocked wonder, how stupid we are!
