let it go

I still remember many years ago ,when I first heard let it go .Ijust think it's so easy,i'm sure everyone can do it.
but practice just give me a shock. Anyway,the truth turned out to be that i am wrong. I can't forget my starting point.I can't forget my past time.
But after whaching LOST .Suddenly,I came to understand the meaning of let it go .I you are in that circumstance,you can just let it go.Even though sometimes you will memory your past ,but it's just past.You have nothing to do with it.You are totally different from the past .So when I exposed myself to that circumstanc I'm sure I can let it go.
Just cut off my rout of retreat,I'm sure I can let it go ,and the glorious future is around the corner.
