今天，我想说的是，请将自信放入考研的行囊中。

自信 ：zì xìn

自己相信自己：有自信心｜信心十足｜永久自信。自信是成功的必要条件，是成功的源泉。相信自己行，是一种信念。自信是人对自身力量的一种确信，深信自己一定能做成某件事，实现所追求的目标。自信不能停留在想象上。要成为自信者，就要像自信者一样去行动。 我们在生活中自信地讲了话，自信地做了事，我们的自信就能真正确立起来。面对社会环境，我们每一个自信的表情、自信的手势、自信的言语都能真正在心理中培养起我们的自信。广义地讲，自信本身就是一种积极性，自信就是在自我评价上的积极态度。狭义地讲，自信是与积极密切相关的事情。没有自信的积极，是软弱的、不彻底的、低能的、低效的积极。自信是发自内心的自我肯定与相信。自信无论在人际交往上、事业上还是在工作上都非常重要。只要自己相信自己,他人就会相信你。

先看一下奥修的寓言故事。说有一天，绝顶聪明的纳斯鲁丁跑来找奥修，非常激动的说：“快来帮帮我！”奥修问：“发生了什么事？”纳斯鲁丁说：“我感觉糟糕透了，我突然变的不自信了，天啊！我该怎么办？”奥修说：“你一直是很自信的人呀，发生了什么事让你如此不自信呢？”纳斯鲁丁非常沮丧的说：“我发现每个人都像我一样好！”看起来非常自信的人往往也非常的不自信，如果真是这样，自信满满的人可能正是那些不太自信的人，处处谦虚忍让的人更象是内心笃定的家伙。

自信和自卑只有一字之差。然而它们对你考研的作用却相差万里。一个是你坚实的动力，另一个确实不折不扣的绊脚石。要如何确立自信？

相信自己行，才能大胆尝试，接受挑战。为此，我们要在回忆过去成功的经历中体验信心。同时，更要多做，力争把事情做成，从中受到更多的鼓舞。在尝试中，会有些失败和错误。如果我们相信爱迪生所说的“没有失败，只有离成功更进一点儿”，那么，对于前进过程中的问题、困难乃至失败，就能看的淡一点儿，从容应对，把注意力集中到完成任务上，不断增强实力。而实力，才是撑起信心的最重要支柱。

亲爱的朋友，请检查一下你的行囊。在考研的路上，我们的行囊中应该放些能促使我们前进的工具和粮食，而不是只会增加我们的负担的东西。自信，是我们考研的精神食粮。考研路漫漫，自信永相伴！
