Since it's a place to chat,why is there rarely some peopele speaking English?

Because chinese are used to pass the English exam,they have no ablity to chat with English.

That is the truth of our English education in China!

now...many a  schools  advocates quality-oriented education,making a good progress.
above all...english is used to commicateing with others.

I want to answer for the responsibility which you talk about on the forum if I can.

but whether I have the qualification or not ?
I am a freshman merely after entrance the forum.
and if there are some approaches to get the qualification cut across.
I will dedicate myself to getting it as lone as you tell me, indeed!
l have a large number of  creative thinkings,even my teachers acknowledge.
