一道1995年英语翻译题

How well the predictions will be validated by later performance depends upon the amount, reliability, and appropriateness of the information used and on the skill and wisdom with which it is interpreted.
今天看了解释，一直不得其解，就是在句子末尾出现的那个it，书上给出的解释是说它指代的是information，可是在THE SKILL前的ON明明是省略了一个DEPEND啊，也就是说IT应该是指代的prediction啊。希望翻译高手能解释一下，谢谢了

不会吧。我检查了一边没错啊。

定语从句修饰skill and wisdom我也赞同，可是这样MS说不通呀

1. 不是说你敲打有误，而是说你所用的资料有误。

已经加了，的确写掉了呵呵。我翻了很多资料但是上面全部都说IT是指代INFORMATINO的，我觉得不对呀！
