The whole brain was covered using a standard echo-planar-imaging sequence with the following parameters: repetition time (TR) =2.5 s; field of view=192 *192; echo time (TE) = 35 ms; matrix size= 64*64, 36 slices with a thickness of 3.2 mm +0.8 mm gap resulting in voxels with the resolution of 3 *3 *4 mm3. Anatomical images covering the whole brain with 176 sagittal slices were obtained after the functional runs using an MP-RAGE sequence with a voxel resolution of 1 * 1 *1 mm3 (TR=2.3 s, TI [inversion time] =1.1 s, TE = 2.92 ms).

但是standard echo-planar-imaging的参数里，repetition time 是什么？field of view是这个image的大小么？echo time是干嘛用的？matrix 是哪来的？36 slices with a thickness of 3.2 mm +0.8 mm gap 完全看不懂什么意思啊。176 sagittal slices 是大脑的176张矢状切片吗？MP-RAGE sequence 是什么，做什么用的？它的几个参数，尤其是inversion time是什么啊？
