These words all mean to do things in a particular way.

do [ I ]  (  always used with an adverb or preposition )

Just do what they tell you to do.
In this meaning  do  is usually followed by  as , but can also be followed by  what  or  whatever .

act [ I ]  (  always used with an adverb or preposition )
to behave in a particular way
You acted very wisely in coming to me.
NOTE behave  or  act?
Behave  is usually used to talk about sb's general behaviour,  not  a particular action :  You behaved very wisely in coming to me.（wrong）
Behave  is used to talk about how well, how sensibly or how normally sb has behaved, but  not  how fairly or legally:  to  behave  well/impeccably/sensibly/suspiciously  ◇  to behave unfairly/illegally/unlawfully/wrongly .（wrong）
Act  is used to talk about how sensibly, how normally, how fairly or how legally sb has behaved, but  not  how well:  to act wisely/out of character/fairly/unlawfully  ◇  to act well/impeccably/badly/abominably （wrong）

conduct yourself  [ T ] ( formal ) (  always used with an adverb or preposition )
to behave in a particular way
The report challenges them to examine how they conduct themselves in the workplace.

我里面也没有记录，重新敲好了
对照（）一个一个来
（1）你在和你不在这两种情况不同（我个人更认同这个解释）
（2）汉语简洁表示就是“他对她越来越过分”
（3）不准在哪？^_^
（4）别想偷懒，自己翻字典
（5）此处challenge个人建议更好的释义为“为难”
例如I challenge the Minister to deny these accusations. 我故意为难部长，要求他否认这些指控。
