The first term is very busy. At the beginning I determined to prepare for further study, though the whole summer vacation is for teaching practice. My choice is Nanking University, 'cause I want to enter a famous university after graduating from this college,or I'll go to work directly.The school doesn't offer many referencial books, but I know their requirements for language skills is very high and stict, included the second foreign language. Mine is French,a very beatiful language in the world. Unfortunately, I give up just in 20 days, 'cause I find I need to work to relieve my family. My parents have given me a lot, what's more, the desire for work is stronger than studying more. But I didn't give up the exam, the result is I lost the chance for their second interview within several points. What a pity, but I have nothing to say, since I didn't work hard.
Then, I spend a lot of time hunting for a job. Not many competitors, and my resume attracts some teachers or head-teachers. Mr. Cong, a head-teacher in Nantong city Jiangsu province, admitted me and invited me to teach in his school honestly. He is the person I want to work for, but their teaching ideas depress me deeply. Students are restricted in school completely, and they have no weekends or holidays. Both teachers and students are not free, in the end, I didn't sign and came back to school.After that, I took part in several interviews, some successful, others not. But I find confidence and goal in the process. At least, I knew I loved to be a teacher at that moment.Shortly after the entrance examination for post-graduates, I ran for an interview of No.1 middle school in Chuzhou city. Very cold,full of snow on road. It lasted for two days. The test is simple: teaching plan, an chinese article, and one class for over 40 students. THrough chatting with their leaders, I found they are inclined to emploey local students. THen maybe I have no chance, 'cause I was not born there. Anyway, I would try. I was very very tired after that journey and went home without delay,physically and mentally tired. Luckily, I got the first place. THe city is very small,but the school is good, and I didn't like big city then. Two months later, I signed the paper,that't my first job.
My brother is a civil servance in jiangsu province, and he always persuades me to take the exam of selecting civil servance. He even fills the form and pays for it, I took the exam without any preparition. So lucky, I have the 3rd place among those over 150 contestants. But the department needs 1 only. I know I cannot be the lucky girl again. So I prepare full-heartedly. However, I have no experience, no knowledge about Maanshan city even governmental office.. Just don't regret in the future, 'cause I have made efforts. Even I fail, I'm willing to be a teacher first. The next step will be on my choice. I think wherever we go, we do need to work hard and be responsible. one more important thing, smile to everybody, especially students and collegues.If necessary, I will change my track.
Most of my classmates are still going for jobs. Many exams, interviews; they are tired sometimes, but I believe they will get what they want in the end. For a period, I'm totally free, but I'm not happy. Business won't allow you to think a lot, but free time is not the case. I don't like stopping thoroughly, if that so, I am willing to travel and visit friends. Now the last thing is drawing a perfect circle for my university life. |
